The object of the association

The Danish Arbitration Association seeks to promote knowledge of and interest in national and international arbitration through seminars and events. The Association also provides information on the development of national and international practice and theory. The Association has also prepared rules on the taking of evidence. The purpose of these activities is to provide inspiration and ensure a high specialist level of the members who are interested in this particular legal area.
